Was yesterday a good day?
- One number out of your sleep, your food, your movement and your training.
- And a page behind it showing exactly how it got there.
One app for all three. And every morning, a straight answer about how yesterday went.

Logging is free. Live heart rate and analytics are Unlimited — one month free, then £39.99 a year.

Every morning

The part you send
Three competitions, Monday to Sunday, measured in something you can say out loud in a group chat. Each one states what it refuses to count before the week starts.

Most ground covered on your own feet. Nothing to log, no kit to wear.
Scored onKilometres on foot
RuleWalking and running only — a bike ride is not a walk.

Most flights climbed. Won by taking the stairs.

RuleUp only — going back down earns nothing.

Most minutes of deliberate training. Every session counts.
Scored onTotal training minutes
RuleOnly sessions you chose to do — supermarket laps are not training.
The invite goes out over Messages. Your friend needs an iPhone, not the app.

UK App Store prices; Apple sets the local equivalent elsewhere and handles billing. The terms say the rest.
Before you ask
No. A monitor adds a live heart rate to a workout; it does not make one. Everything else runs on Apple Health alone.
Yes, through Apple Health — there is nothing to pair. The one thing that needs more is a live heart rate on a workout you record here: for that you need a chest strap or a watch that broadcasts over Bluetooth, which an Apple Watch does not.
No. Scan the barcode, or say “I ate 100g of chicken breast” out loud. Everyday foods answer from the second letter, and a plate you name goes in with one tap tomorrow.
Not to be invited — the invitation is how they find it. They do need an iPhone: challenges run on Apple’s Game Center, which is what lets two people compete without either making an account.
Yes, and it does not expire: the dashboard with your last seven days, the food log, every workout you log, every badge, all three challenges. Paying buys two things — further back than a week, and what a heart rate monitor adds.
Your subscription starts, or you cancel before then and it costs nothing. Either way you keep the app: the dashboard goes back to seven days and nothing you recorded is deleted.
One number per challenge per week, and only after you connect Game Center yourself. No readings, workouts, sleep or measurements are ever uploaded.
The long version is on how it works. Anything else lives on the support page.
Where it all goes
Download it, let it read Apple Health, and tonight it tells you how today added up.
